I don't think Noble looking for an exit strategy. On the contrary, I think they want to take control of the mine.
They need the Zinc and they have invested a lot. Looks like though they aren't happy with the management.
IMO, this could be a strategical move to get it cheaper. If this didn't go administration, they would have had to pay a premium.
Interesting to see how they will work this out and at what cost to the SH.
