I understand condition P1XT is a special block that has been cross-traded through the same broker ...
1. Someone would have to be crazy to be booking a loss for tax purposes on 15M shares at this time with ICC decision pending and poo rising.
2. In transferring to their SF, they would have to declare in their individuals tax return for FYE tomorrow any CG on that 15M up to last Friday? ... they should have postponed the transaction to Monday July 1st.
3. Yes, imo.
If FAR is trading above 7c next week, it will soon be up up and away imo.
