You seen to grasp the business to certain extent @Galilee13 but on the same hand some of your comments show the opposite.

Firstly our main market is China, so the problems IRTC and Beat have with sales people will not impact out sale performance in China. USA is a secondary market place for us, followed by Europe. In China, what we will provide will be a game changer for the country and for GMV. Rural communities do not have easy access to doctors and hospitals and people in the city have long waits and delays at hospitals.

GMV is already in discussions with distributors and the remote monitoring side of the business in China

The factory needed regulatory approval before they can manufacture and they need CFDA for the product to be able to produce, for China production to start or a major contract for the CE. If they wait for CFDA to come along and than started the factory fit out, shareholders would be complaining why they didn't do it earlier. Either way someone will complain factory sitting idle or it wasn't build in time.

CE may have been approved 2 years ago and to some it may not make sense why they have not sold products into the market but they will not set up a major contract unless someone has the remote monitoring side of the business. Selling the prizma is not the problem, its just one step of the business plan and you need the remote monitoring up and running to service and bring in the revenue.

Yacov is not going to make a special announcement to the market on matters that are not material, just as I mentioned the other day, he won't release transcript of AGM. One reason is the cost with making announcements that do not change anything apart from a running commentary of the day to day operations which is not needed and the other is because there is nothing material in any of the above to announce, that impacts the company

Company leases all it premises/ factory/ office space world wide

MEDTL and FCL MOU are no longer active and does not change anything, as they were only MOU and company does not need to update the market on these, end of story.

Now some may get upset with my post or the way I put it but that is life and liking or not liking my post don't pay the bills, so that side of things has never worried me. When you read through the threads, people complain about information they want to know and when they receive the answers, they complain even more because the company did not update them . Focus on what is happening and the future. GMV has so many different aspects to it and the need to update on every single one is impossible for various reasons

On a positive, expect UK to announce hospital contracts in near future and maybe an age care one. At this stage we will probably parter with a remote monitoring company in the UK but hopefully, take one over in th future.

UK monitoring opens the door to all of Europe and future contracts

Step back if the share price is stressing you or buy a company already established. At this end of the market it is, what it is and find acceptance and revisit why you purchased the company and look at the whole picture, not one or two aspects because there will be many variables that change along the way but no so far have been material.
