A very apt passage from the good book that the judger of all posters on AUZ forum should take heed of.

Matthew 7:1–2 KJVS [1] Judge not, that ye be not judged. [2] For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

And its even in english from a reputable publication.

The fundamental purpose of this book is personal spiritual growth, not the justification of self and personal behaviour that would quite possibly be less than ideal in the eyes of God.

Mildly intrigued, I note it is only in English because it was translated from Latin, which was translated from the source language.

In context of your disdain of the value of translations of writings from other languages, does that not for you therefore dilute the significance of the text, or does your disdain only apply to translations relating to nickel mining and related subjects from Asia in general?

I would suggest we take the log out of our own eye before pointing out the splinter in others.

Neither sarcasm or hypocrisy are generally regarded as pleasant traits; nor is the mechanism of deliberate goading in order to incite a reaction in order to create a justification to retaliate a laudable or pleasant dynamic to witness.

I would suggest that the measure of a man, any man, is not to be found in the size of his purse, nor the volume of his knowledge, but through the manner with which he conducts himself towards others, whatever the situation.

It might be fitting to leave the book out of it, unless one first has the courage to live by it.
