Come on, business is business, any reasonable offer will be considered right up to the point if a decision. Cath would be negligent if she didn't consider offers, you can never be 100% sure of any legal proceedings! So a reasonable offer prior to a decision must be accepted and that would have been part of any agreement we have with a backer. Any other action would be contrary to Cath’s duties as MD!
