Yes okioki that is a good summary alright
but don't forget all the litigation f.....ups missed guidance and just plain incompetence along the way.
it has been a slow and gradual death to current levels over 5+ years. Things started to change late last year to give us a reprieve from death row. A glimmer of hope is a wonderful thing.
