And while I still don't know the precise reasons, there seems to be an obvious similarity with MOD Resource which SFR is acquiring for $167m. MOD has a strong presence and is dual listed in both ASX and LSE too.

Add the recent appointment of long-time SFR director Rob Scott to the position of chairman of CCZ, the link is becoming increasingly obvious.

There is some hidden hands calling the shots here and all evidence are pointing to the link (directly or indirectly) with SFR. SFR is in desperate need to expand their resource and perhaps CCZ is now one of their potential vehicle?
