To take your point further and the impossibility of change -- anyone who has been in any type of organization will know that the vast majority of people are followers -- because they are lazy, scared or don't know how to change
Therefor anyone who bucks the system in any way is going to be targeted and their leaders, employers etc are going to fold without a whimper and will not support them
You will conform or else suffer the consequences of being isolated
