Shareholders are last in line to be offered any of the bones in VA - Secured creditors first with the 20 million recently raised partly from unsecured shareholders........ they will be very happy - unsecured creditors 2nd in line are paid before shareholders so expect nothing - Even if they restructure expect nothing........
