J, just need buyers now ... umc 2.80 as i type as buyers try and get a stake in 1000 lots ... WTF!!
back door to umc wide open for those who have missed the boat getting a large stake thus far ... how long before someone takes a chomp !!! that should get things moving ... afraid im not the cashed up kinda guy.
