Bernie3. No, I dont think they need the extra funding either, and thats why they can afford to look for better terms. However as you mentioned recently the SP could vary between $1 to $8, so I guess the amount of money they have will determine the speed of development, and hence the share price. However they say that the economics of the project have significantly improved, and that puts them in a better position to retain a higher equity in the project.
Therefore its in Emeralds interest (and ours) not to be exclusivly tied to Avanti at the old 60 day terms. Now Avanti are on the back foot. Emerald in the driving seat.
We've been waiting for funding news, but a little longer will be much better.
