Some of those points may factor. South African stability, cyclical nature of metals, freshness of the IPO not giving much long term data as yet....I would also guess that history has a part to play.
JMS in the last downturn delisted the company. That might make a few companies wary of investing money where liquidity is or almost frozen into a company for an unknown amount of time.
I'm pretty sure there would be signs that this was going to happen. The ensuing panic selling would not be a good proposition considering some would now recollect previous events.
looking at the price manipulation going on here recently I suspect there are a few heavyweights that could push the price down very rapidly in a rush to get out.
As for 34c I'm not sure that is low enough yet for these guys. I think they are looking to break that 34c barrier at the moment to sweep up more low shares before another pump N dump takes place. Shall see I suppose.
