Wow..one minute they're on a mission to improve relations with their retail shareholders..two weeks later they're taking legal action against them..Don't shoot the messenger Flinders..I'm just summarizing the news..hold onto those writs It's amazing what raw-nerves can be tapped when shareholder activists get together to oppose a highly questionable takeover/delisting though..We were briefed on-this-saga at our Melbourne meeting in March..no wonder our guys have been so busy lately..managed to get plenty of data on the GXY manipulation though..Big case coming up with Arrium and fightback by shareholders who got stiffed by the banks there..then we can get the light shining on who manipulated GXY down so low..and ideally who sponsored it..
