Yes adam, I was aware of that. The point of the article was that the 'wooing' is being done to get the support of the Chinese Government. The 'wooing' began while the 'white list' was still in place and is likely to continue in earnest, irrespective of the 'white list'. Korean companies would be well aware that the Chinese Gov could reverse its decision at any time or implement other barriers. SKI and others will be keen to put its best foot forward.
