    Approx 225M yes votes with feldmans owning (directly or indirectly) 194M of those... of 1.6B shares on issue (before the further issues in the updated prospectus) only 260M were voting. So approximately only 5% of shares not owned by the feldmans even participated... hardly overwhelming support in my opinion.
