Surely VECs director Lukama being chairman of a Bank you'd think he would of organized every aspect of the financials from the get go : )
Why not ?
Instead what was it,cash, freebies dished out all round,shares sold into the market, a loan breach, etc etc,. Crikey, twas so prudent VEC team had a plan B = Magna loan A.
