I know it didn't get there, hence I could buy at mere 25c compare to others paying and probably you too a lot more. I don't know how people paid over $4 without phase III or FDA.
Now, being close to FDA outcome including other shots to fire in 6 to 9 months, one should be patient. I will. At worst, I will probably loose15 to 20%. If I win, it would be multi-bag ! You win some, loose some.
