    I have not received any emails. Thanks for the post.

    I am a member of both class actions. It appears the Court has determined I can only be a member of one and I have to choose which one to opt out. I don't understand why. The class actions relate to different breaches.

    I will find it very difficult to choose which one has the better chance of success and will provide the greatest recovery of costs.
