As Lev said in the AFR last week "I want out of it. I do not believe they’ve got a great future. And I’m suing the board members and the company, so I don’t think it’s particularly appropriate for me to be a shareholder", so expect this to continue for some time to come.

As long as the price remains stable, Lev is probably better off doing this than selling the lot at a discount to an investment bank or broker.
