Is it legal OR possible for the POSCO to pull out of the JV, tank the share price and then launch a cheap takeover? This/or an iteration of it- is my biggest fear. I have some change I want to throw at PLS as it seems cheap atm. However I do feel over-exposed and am sticking to my principles as have been burned in the past. (Rule #4 never fall in love with a stock)
