Getting a bit closer to fair value now. At this price I am indifferent whether the offer is accepted or we keep going without it.
For holders who bought <12months ago the CGT might offset the value implied by this offer. They might be better off just holding for yield rather than sell, pay tax and reinvest the net proceeds in another listed REIT which would probably trade at least 10% above NTA nowadays.
