To be honest...I would not try picking when the share price will turn...

The company has pretty much predicted a very quick turnaround in profit based on a number of one offs eg. temporary water, factory restructure.

If indeed the turnaround happens as forecast, it's pretty much a $12 stock straight away...I agree though, the market will take it's time, probably to see outlook for MIS..

If management is fudging, there could be more immediate pain but I doubt it's long term....SHV is now the world's second largest almond producer but has clear differentiation over Californian Almonds
