Had my broker calling me saying Boulder Steel worth a punt basing on the announcement that they are trying to expand opertations by moving to Gladstone. This is now to incorporate a pig Iron plant
Honestly my broker seems to know nothing about the company at all
I have researched very intensely on BGD in regards to their past 2 years of announcements... up to date nothing has been accomplised.
Also the announcement is very vauge...no details of budget&profitability nor production targets.
Permits, Infrastructure, Finance, JV partner, Environmental Planning ....etc are not mentions anywhere.
The thing I have found was that back in late 2006 they were claiming to be close to finding their finance.
Company has a track history of non-delivery from my opionion
now this new announcement that seems to have very little substance. In my views I am staying away for now.
I hope this pays dividends for existing shareholders though.
