Yes that a possibility too, unless it gets forced by the ASX to come clean. I actually think if it does raise capital it will be a positive and it will be done via a rights issue. It's 2 biggest shareholders have been topping up recently so one would think they would be supportive of the plan.
I think Sumitomo is the natural buyer of the business and if there is something cooking they will be forced to make a move.
