The rest is closely held by some very deep pockets who could easily provide short term bridge financing without suffering dilution. Dilution is for desperate companies, like, you know, that one run by the grifting hippie...

Sometimes, even cats that never leave the bag just smile too damned much at quarter's end, Cheshire-style, to not know clearly that he's happy about something good rather than skulking around scratching nervously in his litterbox (it's a big bag) wondering what to do next. The other cats, particularly the FAT ones, take notice of how happy or sad in general the CFC (Chief Financial Cat) is when the quarter is ended.
