I know this is going to sound a little odd , but whatever the outcome it's going to be unexpected.
COP/WPL never expected FAR to take this action to start with ,certainly not get to this point.
FAR share holders are not expecting a win but know its a possible having reached this stage.
And as soj88 says corporate activity by stakeholders or others, maybe prior settlement is possible.
Expect the unexpected and increased volatility as seen the last few days.
It's certainly not boring!!
