i agree it is absolutely conflict of interest for representing the company to do a better deal for the shs and issue a report damaging the outlook of the sector. how come we can expect them to do a bettet job for us. Ken should show them the door out. Mac bank knows the outcome of the deal very well and who knows they are buying or selling.
