Given those two statements alone one has to conclude one of two things.

1. the statements are false, or
2. management have failed and will continue to fail if they keep blaming everyone but themselves.

if a company has lost money quarter on quarter for a number of years and hasn't grown people in charge of the company need to look at themselves. if you can't reduce cost and increase receipts it doesn't matter if the product works or if IAM is in the perfect storm. because you won't have any money. you will have failed the industry, you will have failed your employees, you have failed your shareholders and you have failed yourself.

on a positive note. they seem to have realised this in their last announcement. over a month ago.

time will tell whether management have failed us, the product and management have failed us... or whether we rise out of the ashes and I look back on this post in shame for ever doubting

No contingency plan says it all. IMO it's now just a Shelf company. Maybe mining is next.
