Bottom line is they need to 'get this party started'. I don't really care if they give away Hellyer in its entirity, including the IMRP, to a capital investor to get the first IMRP up and running and prove the technology. It's the 4th, 5th and 6th 'Hellyer' or IMRP across the world, the Browns Plains and numerous other mines with problematic ores that will generate shareholder returns and recover our capital investments........Albeit a view that can only be taken by a holder with a long term view.
