I have been thinking about this for a while and am reaching making some initial inquiries about a possible class action against directors of AXP.
I believe they have withheld critical information regarding the reasons for the slow uptake of the product in the US, specifically the unwillingness of many radiologists to work with the device. Management have been asked many times as to the reason for the slow uptake and have given many excuses, but the radiology issue seems to me one of the biggest causes, but this reason has been very slow to revealed to investors. All the time as they have asked for more money through CRs etc. So I believe they have deliberately withheld information to the market which has impacted investors to make informed decisions regarding the viability of the company.
I'd be interested in anyone's thoughts on the matter.
