Agree with Brettw, the TH would be called prior to any sensitive area is hit in the drill - hence the purpose of the TH is to preserve market sensitive info from leaking while they drill through their target zones.
It means before calling the TH the company wouldnt know one way or the other the target zone results because they havent drilled into it.
