The rules of suspension require management to keep the market informed on progress, That is not happening.
The market must be kept informed on progress, such that it is information that normally would be able to be released to the market.
So silence doesn't necessarily mean that no progress is being made, it could be of the nature that cannot be released.
Now if the company publicly says they're looking for negotiating partners, they many not be able to name any.
Just offering another way of looking at it.
