Correct me if I'm wrong but I think some factoring of amortisation would come into play...what am I talking about?
Example...total cost estimate for development of PPS (from woe to go) = $X Million. MPS would only spread out among say 10,000 patients
$X / 10,000 = $50,000 each BUT OA on the other hand...its still $X but you now need to divide this by the hundreds of thousands/millions that are going to be treated...this would result in the $250 per injection...or $$3000 per course etc.
