"if we could get over half the client debt into a group action against ANZ"
Is this something ASIC could take charge of (like Westpoint)? Not sure I have confidence in them providing a timely outcome though. Who else could co-ordinate it?
And I don't know where 60-70c is coming from. Kohler's suggestion of 70-90c would obviously be closer to the mark (based on March 27 values, NOT March 31) if ANZ wan't to keep this out of court.
