I don't think the acquisition creates pressure, the tech is up and running, has revenue, comes with 3 head count only and is already integrated. now it has access to a sales team .... seems like a good fit and a rational move as the alternative would have been to spend more and take longer to develop the same capability. I suspect the path to breakeven is unchanged and the momentum offshore will really start to show through in coming months/ quarters.
