Its a mystery .. fancy TZ simply updating shareholders? Wonders will never cease. They said they were not going to announce POs .. but here we have 2 plus an development agreement.
Perhaps they read every word on HC and know we are anxious for reassurance of any form ...LOL! Perhaps its setting the scene for bigger announcements. I don't know .. I hope its a promise of things to come in terms of improved news flow.
