    According to the pundits prominent today, that is financial engineering. ANything involving FE is to be avoided like the plague.

    Tour you have pointed out the fallacy of such an argument.
    Toll roads by their very nature are worth more than the day thwy were built. And how are shareholders of today ro benfit from this?
