You are probably right Cmonaussie.
Personally, in terms of determining an overall development concept, I think a pipeline connecting to nearby infrastructure shouldn't be considered a big hurdle. Perhaps financially, but not in terms of technical feasibility (i.e. the 2P hurdle).
Anyway, we should know by tonight or monday morning I would guess.
