These two last change in substantial holder statements do not correlate with each other. The relevant holder is the same, and the dates are the same for the change, but the amounts are all distorted and the percentage amounts. They have made stuff ups and corrections in the past roughly February change notice, so it is some where in between those values they have stated. They are juggling around alot of shares and as with many of the other small caps trying to push out sellers to the market (for their own benefit). Good luck to all you holders, this is going to be a great year ahead to accumulate what you can while it is low before they pump it up again.
