As much as I hope for a positive outcome, I also have to stress that I will see it as an absolute failure if management has allowed to let PE rights slipped through their fingers due to inadequate clauses in the JV agreement which should have protected them from that very event occurring. PE` s are the bread and butter of every minnow as only a handful make it to production
