You didn't read the announcement about the due diligence report for the financiers terms agreement nearing completion.
Not sure why you continually criticise GPR. The company has complete control of Woodlark, has now signficantly reduced corporate requirements with no KDG requirements, is close to securing finance for the project and gold price is way above that used in the very reasonable DFS projections.
Maybe you are not a downramper but rather a disgruntled kgd principal or major shareholder? You first post on this forum was about GPR a few months after GPR launched it's takeover attempt.
