technical break in chart, page-19

Could be a "spanner in the works" if the paperwork from the mines dept that they are waiting on dosnt come through!! If it dosnt come through tomorrow the sp will probably get another beating. The market is very impatient with drilling delays and it can be expensive having a drill rig sitting around doing nothing. I'm pretty sure the rig will be on a daily standing charge so fms will be paying whether the rig is drilling or not! A sp of 15 cents or less could be a reality in the near term if they dont start tomorrow.
On the other hand they may have the paperwork and start drilling before the market opens tomorrow!
