Exactly! Some of the absolute shit being posted in here makes me laugh. CHK are in the box seat over their tenements, not BHP. They hold the cards and drive their own fate. There will be huge demand to farm in to CHK prime land but CHK must earn in themselves before this can be done. Once this box is ticked it is going to get very interesting.
