I think Jaguar put it succinctly Tuts - MXC has only started its run.
Investors are a funny species and they have a multitude of agendas. There will not be one that tells the story of the SP despite many trying to be over simplistic in pinning it on one act, one error or one person. Whether people like it or not, the only measurement any of us can use on the potential future of MXC starts with where they are up to NOW and not six or 12 months ago. That is logic and not optimism (putting it nicely).
I stand by earlier comments that the current SP is not a true reflection of where MXC is at as a company - though will concede that past disappointments may influence some of that current value.
I'll put this out here - 2015. That is when MXC came into being - it has achieved a lot in that 4 years for a new company in an emerging industry that is still trying to legitimise itself. The reality is that any organisation that wants to set up an MM business would either have to go through a similar timeline OR it will look at shortening that process by acquiring an existing company with the infrastructure and connections that a company like MXC has done the hard yards to achieve. Good progress with revenue will start to cement its position but we all know that this will also start to attract attention from others and that may be the main driver of the SP value over the next 6-12 months.
A neutral statement but there is plenty of reason to have qualified confidence as well.
