I am not a lawyer, but I do know that courts are very reluctant to just throw out a case unless the other side doesn't turn up no matter how weak. I would imagine Arena has a pretty good case.
There is absolutely no buying depth in NXE - less than $4k crashed the SP by 23%. I can't see any SP manipulation being particularly successful.
Interesting Fura were down quite a bit on Friday too.
