Bull troopy claimed that fbr did not build to code he lied
fbr stated they build to code and had been certified he claimed:
it was not true
while the fbr wall was tested and certified
troopy claimed that a wall without rebar is not build to code
he lied and posted a code manual that clearly showed that not all walls need rebar and thus troopy debunked
