I've just experienced outstanding service from Brisbane to Auckland, then Napier, Auckland, Brisbane.
It was good to see the Jetstar Napier to Auckland leg was full. we were lucky enough to fly Business on the Brisbane- Auckland legs (points). The flatbed was a real luxury.
The whole experience was awesome, and we booked to go back in September.
good way to keep customers happy and make repeat customers!
