Its all very contradictory, but yes your right they say they aren't buying them back themselves but say they are bearing all cost, and if they can't find a buyer then this is all a waste of time and Money "AGAIN"
Pursuant to the Company’s Constitution the Company may not sell your shares for a price less
than the simple average of the last sales price of shares quoted on ASX for each of the 10 trading days immediately preceding the date
of any offer received by the Company to purchase your shares.
This is the best bit of the announcement and I hope it happens:
"Please also note that the Company will not sell your shares in the event of an announcement of a takeover offer for the Company"
