Cap, H, I agree with both of you and offer the bahaviour or WPL as evidence of juggling of holdings in Blocks 1,7 & 8.
WPL clearly are looking at a deal, they said so.
The recent reserve debacle from WPL is just their way of not getting everyone excited while they are dealing, IMHO.
Patience will be rewarded and I'm thinking more and more that WPL will be our protector rather than the aggressor. Their conservative behaviour will not be attracting new predators, anyway. Or not many.
