No bank that I know of would give me $5M to exercise options in a company that has not generated a history of positive cash.
Cash is hard to come by these days .......however if I could find a funder there would be all sorts of covenants and margin calls attached. I don't need that stress and would rather put my energy into what I am good at, signing more contracts, increasing revenue and growing the company.
